Levels of Care

Adina Care is proud to offer residential aged care across three levels of care – high care, dementia care and respite care.

In addition, we operate an independent living community across 25 units as part of Adina Court.

High Care

High care is a special kind of care service designed for very frail people who require around-the-clock support.

Unlike regular care services, high-level residential care offers 24-hour nursing care for residents who may experience a range of profound health issues, including physical and behavioural conditions.

Dementia Care

Our Memory Support Unit is located in the Ellendale Wing. This secure wing is specifically designed to offer our residents experiencing a severe decline in thinking skills and memory with a safe and happy environment to call home.

Ellendale Wing provides residents with specialist dementia care where our experience team offer a variety of activities to assist with stimulation and life experience.

High Level

Respite Care

From time to time family members providing a high level of care at home for elderly or unwell relatives need a break or a holiday.

Sometimes illness, an accident or some other unexpected event intervenes requiring assistance for carers. Depending on availability, respite care can be provided for a maximum of three weeks at Adina Care. Flexible dementia specific respite is also provided for carers of people with dementia and challenging behaviours. Planning in advance for respite care is essential by contacting our friendly team.

Community Supportive

Care Room

Adina Care offers a community supportive care room, which can be accessed for end of life care for community members over the age of 21.
